We offer comprehensive services related to the assembly and implementation of automatic robotic welding lines and other tasks, e.g. palletizing.

The scope of services includes:

• analysis of customer needs and selection of devices that will best achieve these goals,
• order and completion of necessary components,
• assembly of the station together with commissioning and implementation assistance,
• training in operation and programming,
• in the case of welding robots, we helps determine the most favorable welding parameters and select additional materials.

Safety is a very important issue at robotic workstations. For this reason, unauthorized access must be restricted, especially when the robot is operating. For this purpose, all the robotic stations we make are equipped with fencing guards and service doors with a lock automatically locked during robot operations. In order to turn off the robot in an emergency, an emergency stop button is located on the operator’s panel.
